'Feels like home'. That is how our students describe their feelings on staying at UniKL RCMP

"Tree Planting Project Goes Green 2018" was held on Saturday, 28 April 2018 in conjunction with the International Earth Day.

The project was organized by UniKL RCMP Enactus Club led by Muhammad Danial bin Muhammad Hamdan, Project Director of Tree Planting Project (Bachelor of Pharmacy Sem 4) in collaboration with Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh (landscape) and Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Perak (JPS) at Gunung Lang, Ipoh.

The project was officiated by Ustaz Muhammad Iqbal Samadi, Head of Student Development Department. Also present were representatives from the MBI and JPS.

MBI sponsored 33 shade trees and a free boat ride while the JPS sponsored refreshment for all the participants. Species of trees planted on that day were Kedah Gardenia, Merawan Siput Jantan and Red Bucida Verigted.

More than 150 participants took part in this CSR project. UniKL RCMP would like to thank Ipoh City Council (MBI) and the Irrigation and Drainage Department (JPS) for their contribution and assistance in making the project a success.
