'Feels like home'. That is how our students describe their feelings on staying at UniKL RCMP


A total of 190 students from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences received their awards for making it into the Dean’s List in a very special ceremony held on 22 Oct 2018 at UniKL RCMP. The number of students who received the honours from the different programmes is as given below:-

1. Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Pharmaceutical Technology - 61
2. Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honors) - 58 
3. Diploma in Pharmacy - 36
4. Diploma in Physiotherapy - 12
5. Diploma in Medical Imaging - 23


Professor Dr Ahmad Fuad Shamsuddin, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, in his opening speech, reminded the award recipients not to become too complacent and get carried away with this achievement. “Please keep in mind, dear students, that your success is not solely from your own effort alone but you must also acknowledge the role played by your lecturers, parents and peers”.
He added, “This is a special ceremony to acknowledge and appreciate your academic achievements thus far. The award is the Faculty’s way of recognizing students who have distinguished themselves by achieving a GPA of 3.50 or better for this semester. I hope all of you will continue to work hard to maintain and improve on this success for the coming semesters.”

UniKL RCMP will do its best in assisting students to obtain financial aid for their studies. Malaysian students may apply for educational loans from financial institutions, state foundations and PTPTN. Eligible Bumiputera students may apply for educational loans from MARA.
