'Feels like home'. That is how our students describe their feelings on staying at UniKL RCMP

Nurin Fatini Ghazali & Puteri Zarith Sofea Yusri, 3rd-year students from B. Pharm Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Final Year Project (FYP 2018-2019) won Second Prize in Novel Research & Innovation Competition-Community Research & Innovation Competition 2019 (NRIC-CoRIC 2019) with the project title Nano-EMN for Cancer Drug Delivery. They took home Silver Award & RM 300.00 in cash. This prestigious competition is an annual Invention competition organized by Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, Malaysia held on 19-21 April 2019.

NRIC-CoRIC is a viva-oriented competition, in which the participants are required to present their ideas of how to make a better world in front of the judges. The team with the most captivating idea will then be granted with capital to make their idea a reality (Power of Idea). The judges evaluated the projects based on the Novelty, Invention, Creativity and Commercial Value of the products and its usefulness and application to overcome the current situations. The judges including representatives from the community, academician, and also representative from the industries.

They were supervised by Dr Mahendran Sekar.

There are recreational and sporting facilities located nearby the college.

UniKL RCMP will do its best in assisting students to obtain financial aid for their studies. Malaysian students may apply for educational loans from financial institutions, state foundations and PTPTN. Eligible Bumiputera students may apply for educational loans from MARA.
