Even though at UniKL RCMP we produce future doctors, pharmacists, nurses, radiologists and physiotherapists, we have always encouraged our students to be active in co-curricular activities so that they could acquire soft skills necessary for their future. They are given opportunities to be involved not only as participants but also as organizers of activities and programs through various registered clubs and societies. All such programs are arranged in such a way as to include at least some aspects of ‘SPICES’ which stands for Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Career, Emotional and Social elements.
UniKL RCMP also encourages its students to be active in sporting activities. Activities such as tournaments are organized for students to have a healthy lifestyle and to promote the spirit of sportsmanship. Indoor sports facilities are available for badminton, takraw, table tennis, and pool. Even though we are a city campus, students are encouraged to pursue additional sporting activities at the nearby Ipoh City Sports Complex which has facilities for football, hockey, athletics, swimming, volleyball, tennis, badminton, squash and many more.
